I applied and received an email four weeks later from HR inquiring about my availability as they wanted to set up a phone screen. I promptly emailed back with my availability. After a week passed with no response, I sent a follow up email expressing that I was still interested in setting up a phone screen if the position had not been filled, but I got no response to that email either. The position is still open via their career page so I'm a little confused about their lack of response.
