My experience with Coach Foundation was underwhelming.
Upon reading reviews from other candidates, it became evident that there might be a pattern of collecting interview data without genuine intent to hire. This left me feeling that my time had been wasted. If you’re considering applying here, be cautious, as the recruitment process seems to lack genuine transparency.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview process itself was fairly standard—focused on high-level product strategy questions, such as "Can you explain how you handle cross-functional team alignment in a remote work setting?" I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Coach Foundation (Dubai) in May 2024
