The interview process was straight forward, and did not take too long - good overview of organization. Was able to ask all my questions and get responses. Me directly with hiring manager once.

They first ask you to introduce yourself and then ask you what do you know about the company. Why do you think you are the best candidates. I think if you really talk about the coach history why you like coach and what inspire you they will like you. Because they really need somebody who loves coach and knows how to sell their products.
