Cochrane interview questions

Agency gave excellent brief for the interview with the client. However, it was clear that one of the interview panellists - a Board Trustee - had inherent hiring bias around race which influenced the hiring manager. It is easy to find these things out with the internet!

Interviewers were friendly and the questions were quite standard. Everything afterwards was a complete shambles though- I was offered the job (unconditional written offer) after a second interview and they withdrew the offer after acceptance because of internal changes. Communication was terrible and they kept me hanging on for a couple of weeks before formally withdrawing the offer. Ultimately, somebody internal was promoted into the position and they wasted my time and put me in a difficult position with my employers. Would not recommend!
