I recently attended an online group interview for the position. Unlike typical group interviews, there was no group discussion involved. Instead, the HR representative asked each candidate questions in turn. The HR was very friendly and provided detailed information about the company and the role, which helped create a relaxed and informative atmosphere. The interview process was straightforward. The main question focused on how I would plan a creative activity for children. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.
