It was an online interview via zoom, with a senior designer and a HR-manager. Before the interview they sent an online English test, then a design task in figma, and after they appointed interview.

On interview they gave me a design test real-time, after I completed it they said I did very well. After that I presented one of my case studies. Everything went well until they asked about desired salary level.
