Were very open about the workflow, lifestyle and expectations. Answered all my questions with details. They seemed a little laid back but maybe not in the 'best' way, there were a lot of men present in the interview though I did see one femme presenting person working while I was there.

If I was able to follow a work flow of in office work even though it was a "creative" position.
Multi-stage interview process, which then concluded with a live role-play scenario and steaming test.
First sit down interview with direct Managers, Second sit down with company Leadership.
An overall positive experience, which unfortunately did not precisely fit the position I was expecting.
