Interview
The interview experience was quite casual and approachable. The initial conversation focused mostly on my background, teamwork, and general understanding of the role. They do provide a technical test if you have relevant experience in the field, but it was fairly standard and didn’t feel overly difficult. The expectations were clear, and the interviewers were friendly and supportive throughout the process. Overall, it felt like a well structured hiring flow with no unnecessary pressure
