The overall process was very quick and easy. Applied online. The entire thing was made up of a short quiz on Java principles that was then reviewed. I was emailed quickly after.

Interview
There were two parts after they received my resume. The first was simply to send a 15 or so minute video of me teaching some basic programming concepts. After that, they set up a web interview, and had me demonstrate a similar lesson to one of their administrators, as well as ask a few questions.

They mainly asked what languages I knew, they seemed to be looking for Java and/or Python.
