Coffey / Architects interview questions

Interview was with 2 directors. Pleasant, organic interaction. Discussion started around why i wanted to leave my current place and then slowly moved onto my portfolio. Discussion evolved around what projects they recently had in the office and the nature in which they are run. I was coming with experience on much smaller projects and therefore there was a long discussion about how that might work with them especially me coming on a leading role. Probably the reason why i didn't get an offer.
