Interview
I just had an interview with their HR, after which I refused to continue the process and withdrew my application.
HR asked me to speak slowly as they did not manage to type down my answers. I had the impression that they hadn't read my cover letter and CV, as HR had just opened alongside our discussion. Then they asked me to write back the main bullet points of my experience and how I can contribute to the company just because they didn't manage to type my answers down. They promised to forward these bullet points to the manager and turn back with the answer the same day.
For me, this is a red flag - HR who can not do their job properly.
So I withdrew my application.
