There are 5 stages:
1. Application
2. Take-home assessment
3. First Interview
4. Final Interview
5. Offer
From the first point of contact, the steps were clear and HR was very helpful in clearing any doubts.
The first interview was with the hiring manager & HR to present the take-home assessment and the questions asked was regarding my work experience and interest / knowledge on crypto (based on my job scope).
The second interview was with the co-founder and the hiring manager, to elaborate more about my work experience and relevance to the job scope. Situational and behavioural questions were presented as well.
