Very casual and friendly interview ranging from my personal life to professional. I was a bit anxious about my interview but interviewer calmed my nerves. The process started smoothly with easy personal life questions slowly ramping up the pressure and discussing professional scenarios and how will i handle them

I think you will jump the ship as early as possible. I get the vibe that you are not going to stay with us for very long & how will you overcome those shortcomings that I have pointed out to you. Tell me your action plan about that.
So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.
