Interview
I was found and contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn and then moved to a phone conversation with them. After and introduction and summary of the job description. The recruiter then set me up with two more phone interviews with the manager from both their Atlanta and Orlando offices. After speaking with both managers on the phone, I noticed it was pretty much a repeat conversation I had with the recruiter a couple days before. The company seemed ver professional and was growing rapidly. It seemed like they were just trying to hire a lot of new employees fast. I was also working with another company where I was offered a position. My process with Collabera, thus, stopped.

Very much led by you, you have to be an extremely interesting person. If you don’t have something that makes you stand out, this company isn’t for you. Very obvious in the first 30 seconds if they like you or not

Interview
Initial Approach by Talent Acquisition specialist via linkedin followed by 1st Pre-screen phone call by a Senior Talent Partner.
The Pre-screen call lasted about 20 minutes where the Senior Talent partner discussed the role in detail and asked about my experience relevant to the role. Post the interview, there was no update, no feedback and communication whatsoever. Highly unprofessional coming from a large corporation that too into staffing! A Staffing company that does not respect the interview process has a lot to learn.

Interview
Began with a phone screen, then moved to an entry first teams meeting with the local manager, then to an in person meeting and finally a teams meeting with the west coast manager. Personable interviewers with a high focus on conversation. Communication was prompt though no feedback shared towards the end.
