Colony Grill interview questions

One on one In person sit down with the general manager. Went over previous experience, but very focused on willingness to do stuff ‘the colony way.’ Great for customer-is-always-right centered business model. Focused on your connections to current employees and mutual references. Definitely looking for the right ‘look’ and attitude not experience or skills.

Applied online, scheduled in-person interview. 15 min talk with Assistant GM and GM. Talked about work experience and reason for applying. Very straightforward. Received offer on the spot. Scheduled orientation and training two days after.
