Applied to an Easy Apply listing for a Communications Coordinator position on Linkedin. Recieved an email for a 15-minute phone screening a couple days later. Phone screening went well where the Membership Director asked basic questions. I was a little thrown off by the hours of the position (9am-6pm with unpaid lunch break) and the fact that the interviewer seemed to be in a rush. Called me a couple days later for an in-person interview, which was only available on a specific day. The interviewer asked the EXACT SAME questions as the phone screening, same tone, follow-up comments and all, which made me think that she forgot she interviewed me? I was even more thrown off by the fact that the she kept explaining how fast-paced the company was and that the interview she had scheduled for 45 minutes was going to be cut short because it ran into another meeting. I love the mission of this company but the work culture didn't seem like anything I wanted to be a part of.
