You go in, they ask a few basic questions, they take you out for a day to show you what the job is like. And if you think you can do what they do, you proceed with a few more information sessions, fill out some forms and fly to nova scotia to pass exams to get your insurance license, once you recieve that (sometimes takes a month or more to get) then you start working.
