3 step interview process: 1.) phone interview / apply online (with the human resources department). 2.) Field Demonstration (with a current employee). 3.) Final Interview (with the marketing director in your area). Marketing Director will ask about your current goals, and how much you would like to earn (don't be modest, the opportunity is unlimited).

A series of screen calls following a group interview/sit down. It wasn’t until after the group interview they let you know whether they are interested in continuing the process. It was a relatively long process that took about 2 weeks.

Wonderful attitude, was very respectful and aware of surroundings. Explained the history of the company in its entirety. Explained the 3 step training process and shadow day . Wonderful attitude, she was very relatable
