You have to take a online test to receive an in person interview. The online tests and application process is lengthy and time consuming, its your typical test for how many WPM you can type and how you handle working multiple screens at one time. After you've completed this your called for a in person interview. The good thing is you only have one its pass or fail and there wont be a second interview.

Question 1
The question was how you handle upset customers. In most business you get the good and bad with customer service, in retention your talking to people who have made up their mind to leave the company because they are upset. Comcast says retention on hears from 10% of their customers so not hearing from a customer is a good thing with this company because it means their satisfied.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2018
Interview
I applied and then was contacted almost immediately by a recruiter. We set up a phone interview, it took about 15 minutes and at the end she let me know that she would like me to go to the face to face interview. This interview was a large group of people, approx. 30 where the company first went over their culture and benefits then one by one we were taken to have our interview. After this interview if they think you are a good fit there is a final panel interview where three to four candidates go together before a panel and answer questions and work together.
