Pretty straightforward. Initial contact was from talent acquisition, basics questions to see if I was a good fit and salary expectations. Next step was an interview with the hiring manager. Entire process too about 2 weeks from application to offer.
After application is selected, there are 2 rounds before the final decision is made: video screening, and in-person interview. Standard behavioral questions with focus on sales, uncovering customer needs, and relationship-based sales. Sales experience is very helpful, but not required. Key skills to prove include the ability to problem-solve, talk to clients to elicit requirements, provide good customer service, and work independently.
