The interview process consisted of a few rounds, verbal responses to a scenario-based set of questions in which you have to find a technical solution to a business problem.
There was a lot of behavioural and culturally aimed questions as CBA places a large emphasis on being the right kind of person for the organisation.
For engineering roles within Enterprise Services there were some additional technical questions

- Applied online through CBA website.
- Completed online psychometric testing.
- Completed an in-office assessment center, involving a group activity, an individual interview (behavioral questions) and a maths test (similar to the psychometric test).
- I was advised the following day that I had been successful and was offered a position.

Question 1
The psychometric testing is done to put you under pressure so do not be alarmed if you do not finish all in time or if you find yourself rushing. The group activity revolved around a business case, for which the group is to discuss & come to agreement on the best possible answer to the scenario. The group then presents back to 3 managers who sat and listened/took notes on how everyone interacted.
