I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (Melbourne) in Oct 2020
Interview
First I applied online through their job portal, and was then asked to complete an online assessment. It asks you what you’re more likely to do, and least likely, out of 3 answers. There’s no right or wrong, but if you lean towards a negative style too much they might not let you move on to the next round. Then there were some iq testing games but nothing too hard.
Next was a video interview where you record yourself answering 3 questions. My advice is to practise like you would with a face to face interview, because you don’t know the questions until you actually do it - and you only get one chance.
If you’re successful, then you get to the face to face interview. I applied during covid so it was done through Skype. Like any other interview, just make sure you’re prepared and show your personality!
Phone Interview - behaviourals, pretty straightforward and just getting to know how you work with customers; customer experience and good personality. Very quick interview process. Also had an online assessment which were some games
