I was hired through a Virtual job fair and from there I got interviewed by the charge nurse, Peer Nurse, and hiring manager. Everything went well. Very friendly and there was an exchange of information so that they know who they are hiring and I know what will be the work environment for me working there.

Tell me about yourself and nursing school?
Behavioral questions.
Panel interview with a Human Resources employee, an educator, and a unit director. They take turns asking pre written questions. No pressure, everyone is very nice. I received an offer same day, a few hours after my interview.
