I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Conagra Brands (Omaha, NE) in Oct 2009
Interview
Interview process with company recruiter was good, to the point, friendly, and efficient. Phone interview with the manager was challenging as they both used SAR method. Situation, Action, and Results. You must know your numbers and your metrics. Failure to not know this or be able to explain them will not get you to the next round. Be prepared for metrics that are important to them from you previous jobs.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Specific questions of metric results at previous employers. Quality complaints, safety, cost reductions, efficiencies, etc. Have them all and what you personally did to affect them!
Applied online, was contacted by HR about a month later. Two phone screens (HR and then Hiring Manager), followed by a half day of 30 minute interviews. Generally they were all behavior based, "tell me about a time" questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Conagra Brands
Interview
Terrible! Steer clear! I had the same recruiter schedule a phone interview with me twice, only to cancel 10 minutes after she was due to call me telling me she would reschedule later in the week and never did. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

Initial Phone interview then onsite interview with multiple managers. The process took all day. Most of the interviewer were nice and friendly. A lot of questions on Why you want to work at Conagra.
