I met with a recruiter on campus and had an interview with 2 people on campus that week.
Passed the first round and was asked to go to Omaha to interview there. The first day was an overview of the company... I met various VP's and even the CEO. They had plenty of presentations, site tours, and all meals provided. The interview consisted of 3 interviews, 2 people in each interview. The interviews were with the managers of the locations I requested to be at. In the interview each interviewer had a packet of STAR, or behavioral questions to ask me... very structered and straight forward. Basically asking questions on their core values.
Although I was not offered the job, ConAgra is an amazing company with great people that work for it. I have done almost 30 interviews, 5 second round on-site interviews... and ConAgra is still the best. Although Omaha isn't necessarily a desirable place to live, ConAgra will treat you well.
