Interview
The interview process for myself was really quick.
Firstly I had a telephone interview and was then asked to come into the office to meet with the hiring manager. I got to know a bit more about the business and got a feel for the office culture when at the interview. I then did some online assessments and once I had completed them I was asked to come into the office again but this time to meet with the MD.
I was offered the job and was happy to accept.
