Interview
The interview was quick and they seemingly needed to hire as soon as possible. I now see why, the turnover rate is unlike anything I've ever experienced in schools due to poor communication from the beginning from the Director. If you suffer with any type of mental illness I would not consider interviewing here. They are bleak, unempathetic, but during the interview they are so so sweet and extremely fake nice to the point it was off putting... That should have been a red flag from the beginning

Talked with Director of Jewish Education. Was a casual, very chill conversation. Discussed being Jewish and what it means to be a Jew in Texas. We discussed education and child development.
