Applied online and completed a phone screen with the manager. Next, I was brought in for an in-person interview with the same manager. Interviewed with some of the team and was given a quick tour. Found out through my referral source that an offer had been made to another candidate. When the candidate declined the offer/fell through, I was brought back for a second interview with the same manager and was later given an offer letter via email.
