Interview process was Fast, it took almost 2 weeks. I applied at connectwise via a recruiter, first round was scheduled within a week, second round was scheduled in upcoming week. Now 1st round was 1 hour long and the interviewer asked about Java, asked to write programs, very little about selenium and testng. Mostly java and they focus on syntaxes they will ask to write programs live. Second round was redundant, similar questions and the interviewer was rude, he sensed that I was unable to answer question on Constructor chaining and then asked everything related to constructors only. Now I understand the relevance but what is the point of grilling on the same thing. He again gave 2 similar programs to write and after writing them correctly he told that write them using hash set now. That was bit awkward as he could have asked that in the first place. All in all recruiter experience was nice but there process is redundant.
