Constructure interview questions

President of the company interviewed for this position for both rounds. Arrived 20 minutes late for the 2nd interview and acted like he was troubled for having to set out time for interview, even though it was scheduled ahead of time by his office manager. Received a verbal offer for the position, then mentioned there was to be scheduled a last technical interview the following week. No correspondence, and simply put, ghosted concerning the position. Don't ghost candidates. It's not difficult to send a polite rejection e-mail.
