The process was smooth, I was asked questions from the ISTQB syllabus, we also had a discussion on my day to day tasks, and the normal process of a project, I was also asked some automation questions

1. IQ test (acceptable level of complexity).
2. Classical HR interview.
3. Useless technical interview (without any real technical questions or discussion. It was like the director is trying to spend his free time)
