3 stage process involving assessment of personality traits, technical know-how and communication skills. They try to assess how well you can adjust in a pressurised environment by making you wait for a long time and telling you about the worst case scenarios. However, the interview panel was very warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable about my technical strengths. I would love to refer my friends for this company.

Phone and initial interview were okay. But the entire recruiting process took me almost 9 hours! What a waste of time. Initially they said it may take 4 to 6 hours.
All I can say is they are super meticulous in choosing their employees.
They give a sample scenario, like a customer calling regarding his mobile internet connection. Then there is also another question for a different account that said What do know about MS Skype and sell for example a mobile phone.
