It was a mass hiring and the interview went fast and smooth. Normally hiring might be a bit tough and one should prepare well. Basics on MCITP, Ad, dns , DHCP, osi layer

Interview
Relatively simple. Come in and take a test - do an interview with another candidate. If you want the job you've pretty much got it. However you will be waiting for a training opportunity to open up.. so you have the "job" but there's no training available. Very poor.
