I was asked simple questions about my past work and experience. Why I want to work at converse. Could I see myself working there long term. Interview took about 15 minutes to complete.

What do you think good costumer service looks like?
Normal Interview process. Tell me about yourself etc. I would talk about your love for converse too. Make sure you are a team person. There is a lot of teamwork.
It was an online interview, self explanatory. Record yourself answering the prompts given. They gave about 2-3 mins to answer each question, and you get to review how you answered if you did not like your first take.

What was one incident that you had to step up as an individual.
It was easy and laid back. I did the interview in the back stock room and it was very low pressure/difficulty. We did the basic interview questions and I was offered the job on the spot.
