Very informal, definitely an interview that prioritized "culture fit" more than technical skill for a position, which I think is a bad practice. Felt like they knew who they were looking for without giving everyone a fair chance based on skill which contributes to discrimination issues. The manager was very casual to the point of sharing their personal struggles and assuming my sexuality/gender. I felt I was offered the job after being deemed likable enough to their standards. I'm all for an entry level job actually being entry level, as I had no experience, but do think the interview could have been more professional and skills-focused. Probably of note is that the manager who hired me has now been fired, but I have no reason to believe the company has discontinued this practice.
