I was interviewed by the company director, the construction director and the senior project manager that would be my boss. It was very specific and experience centered interview. They were bery comprehenaive to the fact that I had never worked so far away from my family and were very supportive and offered alternatives like working from home. I explained that i did not have a car and they offered good support to get one, even offering a loan to be repaid over 12 mo ths from my salary. At the end they were very kind and explained clearly what they expected from me and how the followup would be. I got the job 5 days later.
