Applied online through the main website, then got an email notification for the over the phone interview with a recruiter and the recruiter will notify you again if you can move on to the next step which is the face to face interview with the nurse manager. The over the phone interview with the recruiters are pretty basic job related interview questions and the face to face interview with the nurse manager is more in depth questions relate to behaviors.

Interview
It was okay. Manager not very friendly. She asked the typical questions based off of a form. She didn't explain the reality of the position well enough. Typical 'tell me about a time when's questions.
