The hiring process involves a formal invitation from the department head for an in-person interview, followed by a series of technical assessment papers designed to evaluate your core competencies and specific problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you should prepare for in-depth inquiries regarding your professional background and leadership philosophy during a direct Q&A session with your prospective superior.
Easy, friendly interviewers, 2 rounds of interviews, first round with hiring manager, second interview with director. First round is mostly behavioural + technical. Second round is motivation to join company.

Terrible. Would schedule the meeting and then reschedule it without any heads up. Kept changing interview time and dates without informing or checking with me. No follow up and whatsoever too
