Corinth Capital interview questions

I applied online for Sales advisor. The next day I received a call from firm representative. We booked a call meeting via Skype. The following day she called me. The background behind her was a bull in Wall Street. Her dress code was informal. She started to promote the company (Corinth Capital - Subsidiary) and at the continue the mother firm Goldenburg Group Ltd in Cyprus. She said that my main job is to promote the mother firm in Cyprus via phone. My CV included in Sales, Trading experience etc,. In other words I know this job to a great extent. I clarify if they want me as Sales representative or Stocks Broker. They answered that they hire only representaive and if I "prove" my "value" they will convert me to Stock Broker. Of course they are not Investment Firm they are only call center. Their offer was a basic salary with work from 09:00 to 18:00. Also they said that If I "want" I can work a half an hour further without payment. Honestly I feel for "investors" that they trust them how and where invest their money. Last but not least I commiserate all the future candidates that will work there. Finally don't trust the positive revies on Google, search other fundamental researches.
