I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cornerstone Design-Architects (Lancaster, PA) in Sept 2015
Interview
I arrived to a very friendly reception from the president and a member of their HR staff. The interview was held in a small conference room where I was offered a drink if needed. They asked a number of questions and took notes, and also made plenty of room for me to ask my own questions if I had them. The interview was very comfortable and I felt quite at ease. They asked about my education, experience, and we talked about my portfolio as we looked over it. Overall it was one of the best interviews I've had.

Question 1
There were some mildly confusing initial questions about vision and values (which I very much appreciated, once I realized they weren't looking for a specific answer!). For instance, they shared a sheet with their vision and values written on it, and then asked which value would be the hardest to live by, and which would be the easiest.
