The process is straightforward. First, the assessment, followed by the assessment centre, interview and offer. The assessment test was not too hard. The assessment centre is, however, online and contains various activities.

The interview process is into 3/4 stages depending on the interviewers: Online Assessment, Assessment Center (consists of 6 stages: E-basket, Essay, Microsoft Proficiency, Group Discussion, Presentation and Interview), Interview with Coronation HR and Final Interview with Executive Management (this may vary for different academies).
