Contact came through a recruiter who was sporadically involved in the whole process, which took 4 months to come to a final conclusion. In all, I spoke with two recruiter-contacts and had 3 telephone interviews. Everyone was very friendly and keen to get to know me and find a mutual fit that would benefit Couchbase and me (a second job/title was also discussed during the interviews). In the end, we parted ways amicably, agreeing that I was not the right fit for Couchbase at that time. Based on this experience, I have since referred others for positions at Couchbase.
