I had a 3 step interview process. 1st interview was on the phone where I was contacted by one of the recruiters and mainly talked about why I was interested in this healthcare/experience and asked basic situational questions. 2nd interview was in person (one on one) and was asked more questions based on my resume. 3rd interview was with the hiring manager (one on one) for this company and I was asked more questions based on my commitment to the company and was asked more questions about my experience/interest in healthcare for the position I was applying for.

Had a phone interview and 2 in person interviews. Very casual. They were asking questions on the top of their head. I thought it was pretty unprofessional when they gave me a call instead of email that they wanted to move further with another candidate. If you are going to inform of a rejection, keep it to an email next time, please.
