Started off really nice and fast, recruiter seemed nice, and interview was easy. I thought I did really well on all the steps, and may even be a bit overqualified. I was working at a similar position at a larger insurance carrier but was looking to join a smaller team. Anyways, after the final interview, I received a cold "noreply" notice that they were going with someone else, and when I asked the recruiter (who was super warm and conversational before) for any feedback they had on my app, she was wicked rude and ignored that simple question. Not a great look. Also the pay was not competitive: they advertised 75k salary and then told me 60k on the phone!!
