Interview process wasn't long at all, first received interview over the phone then was called into to meet with manager and asked simple situation questions and get a feel if your good for the company.

Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. I met with several Cox employees who were in functional areas, or adjacent areas that I was being considered for. The process was relaxed and was about as i expected.
I first had a recruiter call, then a one on one interview with the hiring manager, then panel Interview with my would be close peers. They were very efficient and the process was relatively quick.

Phone interview followed by in-person with hiring manager and then a 3rd interview with the Executive Director. Contacted by talent acquisitions a week later with the job offer. All around great experience!
