1 on 1 interview with HR as a pre-screening, then a panel interview with STAR format. Then 1 on 1 with hiring manager, then their leadership. Entire process took over 6 weeks.

Tell us a time you had to deal with a difficult customer?
Structured, but flighty. They were running late and flustered. She talked about the time she spent with the hiring manager learning the position, but couldn't remember the mgr's name or speak much to the position.

She didn't ask many questions, she mostly read things from my resume and stated assumptions for me to agree or disagree with.
