Very good, lots of questions but nothing to tricky, felt at ease and calmed any nerves i may of had. Made me excited about the oppourtunity and gave clear expectations on the role and what it was about

They asked very basics questions about my experience and my motivation. How i could deal with an angry customer. What was my salary expectation. What was my qualities and what was my defaults.

Interview
One face to face for about 20 minutes and then had to wait for another 5 days to hear back from them. Interview was for a big client, and CPL did proide assistance in preparing the interview, so they were helpful in that regard. Though there was almost no communication after the interview for almost a week.
