Interview
There were a total of two rounds in the interview process first a telephone screen and the next interview in the office with the hiring manager and human resources representative.
The interviews were choppy and disorganized. No clear direction in how the interviews would be conducted. Follow-ups were up in the air and there was a lack of follow through.

Interview
I joined before the merger with rhipe. Had 3 interviews, screening with HR > First Interview with local team > Last interview with line manager. Very generic questions and wasn't tough.
