The interview process was disorganized. There was no first round with an HR person to clarify the logistics (visa, salary, remote/hybrid), no clarity on what each interview round entails (i.e. behavioral/technical), and the recruiter did not agree to get on a quick call with me to answer some questions. In the final round, I did not feel that senior leadership respected my time as they were late and left quickly. The offer given to me was a bad offer. I applied for a full-time role but was offered a 90-day contract position at the lowest end of their salary range.
