HR will send you an email to do a phone interview then will send you a video interview request.
The interview process is:
"Part 1: questions from me: I will be asking you about your experience and skills and you will also get the opportunity to ask about the position. This will last between 30 and 40 minutes.
Part 2: a short Project Management test. This part should last approximately 30-40 minutes. For this, we will leave the call and I will ask you to send the files back within 30 minutes of receiving them."
If you are approached for a different job in the company after having done this all before, they will ask you to re-do all the above.
Nunzia from HR is super rude. When I called up to double check whether the emails she had sent were correct (telephone interview suddenly turned into a video interview) she told me off, said nobody was forcing me to do the interview and I wasn't above procedure.
This makes me question the entire company's ethics. If calling to clarify an interview is met with such hostility, can you imagine how awful HR would be at resolving any actual issues?
